We’ve been busy little elves gathering all the ingredients for our Festive Chocolate Orange Cake. It was a big hit last year, selling out within its first week.

A salted caramel buttercream, sandwiched between two moist, orange zest infused chocolate sponges. Topped with a 70% dark chocolate orange ganache, carefully decorated with a chunks of Terry’s Chocolate Orange, a chocolate holly wreath and golden sprinkles. All brushed with edible gold. Festive indulgence at its best.

2022 Christmas Delivery Schedule

This year, our customers can have their Christmas cakes delivered up until Thursday, 22nd of December. All our cakes, including our Festive Chocolate Orange Cake have a recommended best before period of 5 days.

If you aren’t going to eat your cake straight away, store it in a cool, dry place, (definitely not the fridge!) and it will keep nicely, ready to be the perfect centre piece at your Christmas dinner table.

If you’re buying this cake as a gift, get your cake gift-wrapped for an extra touch of elegance. Choose a tin colour of your choice, and we’ll gift wrap it in printed tissue paper, then fasten it with a gold ribbon and bow.

A Modern Classic

Cakes, and food in general, are one of the many highlights during Christmas time. While most of our range focuses on Classic recipes. Last year, we wanted to update our festive offering. And after trying and testing the usual seasonal flavours, we found a pairing we couldn’t resist.

A traditional Christmas cake does rightfully have it’s supporters but, its fruity and boozed soaked sponge is bound to elicit a marmite affect wherever it appears. You either love it, or hate it.

We wanted a cake that’s not only irresistible, but with seasonal flavours that are instantly recognisable. Eventually, we landed on the tried, tested, and universally loved pairing of orange and chocolate.

With all the family gathered round, naturally, we want things to go smoothly and to look perfect.

When portioning your cake, it’s important to get a nice clean cut. We submerge our cutting knife in hot water for a few seconds beforehand, and the knife will easily cut through the cake.
