If you like rum & raisin flavoured ice cream then you’re in for a delicious treat with this fruit cake. The cake is liberally laced with the finest Jamaican rum. Before baking, the fruit is soaked in the rum overnight to give it an extra-special luxury flavour. For this fruit cake with Jamaican Rum, an amazing 5% of the cake is pure rum, delivering a taste sensation! The fruit content (raisins, currants, sultanas, cherries and orange and lemon peel) is over 45%. The cakes are hand made and have a rich, fruity taste and use no artificial colours or flavours. Baked in the tin and vacuum-packed to seal in the flavour and freshness. We believe this is the finest rum cake you’ll ever taste. Specially produced by Buckingham Cakes (our sister company) in very resilient packaging for mailing overseas.
