Orders may be cancelled by email or telephone (see ‘contact’ page for details). If cancellation of an order is notified to us before the order has been dispatched then it will be fully refunded. We regret we cannot cancel an order after it has been dispatched.
In accordance with Consumer Rights legislation, the cakes are perishable foods and we regret refunds cannot be provided for such products unless they are proved to be faulty or damaged. Faulty or damaged cakes should be notified to us by email or telephone within 5 days of receipt (in line with the ‘best before’ shelf life of the products). In the very unusual circumstance of simply ‘not liking’ the cake, this does not warrant a refund.
